Delivery Area
Move delivers anywhere within South Africa using trusted courier partners.
Delivery is currently available within South Africa only. If you require delivery outside of South Africa, export arrangements must be made by the client at their own cost.
Please contact the Move team at info@move.store before placing your order if you require goods to be exported so that suitable arrangements can be made.
Delivery Timeframes
Move aims to deliver orders within the following timeframes:

Main Centres: 2–3 business days

Regional Areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Move ships products from multiple locations across central South Africa and warehouses in Gauteng. Depending on stock availability, some products may be dispatched from stores located in the Free State or North West Province, which may result in slightly longer delivery times to coastal regions.
Main Centres vs Regional Areas
Main Centres are defined as locations within a 50 km radius of the following cities:

Bloemfontein, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberley, Nelspruit, Pretoria, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth, Richards Bay
Any area outside of a 50 km radius of these cities is considered a Regional Area.

Orders fulfilled from multiple store locations
Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping applies when both of the following conditions are met:

The order value exceeds R1,000, and
-
The total actual or volumetric weight is less than 20 kg
If both conditions are met, free standard delivery will automatically be applied at checkout.
When Additional Shipping Charges May Apply
Even if an order exceeds the R1,000 free shipping threshold, additional shipping charges may still apply in certain cases.
This can occur when:

The total weight or volumetric weight exceeds 20 kg

The order contains large or oversized items
-
The order is fulfilled from multiple store locations

Multiple courier services are required to complete delivery
Move dispatches products from the store where stock is available. If items in the same order are fulfilled from different stores, they may be shipped separately, which may result in additional courier charges.
Any applicable shipping costs will always be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping Coupons and Vouchers
Free shipping coupons or promotional vouchers apply only to standard shipping charges, up to a value of R120 per order.
