| Terramycin LA is a long-acting, broad-spectrum injectable antibiotic for cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs, containing 200 mg of oxytetracycline per ml. It treats conditions caused by oxytetracycline-susceptible organisms. For cattle, it addresses anaplasmosis, heartwater, pneumonia, footrot, joint ill, navel ill, and pink eye. For swine, it treats pneumonia, joint ill, and navel ill. For sheep and goats, it is used for heartwater, pneumonia, footrot, joint ill, and navel ill. Avoid administering to piglets on the same day as iron injections. Only use for the specified animals. Do not consume meat within 28 days or milk within 5 days of the last treatment. If ineffective, seek veterinary advice and notify the registration holder. |
