FREDDY HIRSCH HUNTERS BILTONG SPICE features a distinct blend of coriander

and other carefully selected flavorings characteristic of this seasoning.

The coarsely-ground coriander adds to the visual appeal.

Instructions:

Use 40-50 g of spice per kg of meat.
Mix or tumble the spice, meat, and any additional ingredients together.
Leave to marinate overnight.
Mix or tumble again.
Hang and dry until 40-50% moisture loss is achieved.
