Product Description:
FREDDY HIRSCH ORIGINAL BILTONG SPICE is a popular biltong seasoning

in South Africa, known for its strong coriander flavor.

Instructions:

Use 35 g of spice per kg of meat.

Sprinkle the spice over meat strips, then add 40 mL of diluted (50%) vinegar.
Leave to marinate overnight in a fridge, then hang to dry.
