that imparts a hot barbecue flavor with pronounced cayenne pepper notes.

The inclusion of coarse chilli and parsley enhances the product's visual appeal.

Instructions:

Use 30-50 g of spice per kg of meat.
Mix or tumble the spice, meat, and any additional ingredients together.
Leave to marinate overnight.
Mix or tumble again.
Hang and dry until 40-50% moisture loss is achieved.
