Zoetis Simparica Trio

A monthly chewable tablet for dogs that treats and controls ticks, fleas, roundworms and hookworms and prevents heartworm disease. Simparica Trio combines three active ingredients and is suitable for dogs and puppies from 8 weeks of age and 1.25 kg.

• Active ingredients: Sarolaner, moxidectin and pyrantel (as embonate)
• Tablet for dogs 1.25 to 2.5 kg: Sarolaner 3 mg, moxidectin 0.06 mg and pyrantel 12.5 mg
• Tablet for dogs over 2.5 to 5 kg: Sarolaner 6 mg, moxidectin 0.12 mg and pyrantel 25 mg
• Tablet for dogs over 5 to 10 kg: Sarolaner 12 mg, moxidectin 0.24 mg and pyrantel 50 mg
• Tablet for dogs over 10 to 20 kg: Sarolaner 24 mg, moxidectin 0.48 mg and pyrantel 100 mg
• Tablet for dogs over 20 to 40 kg: Sarolaner 48 mg, moxidectin 0.96 mg and pyrantel 200 mg
• Tablet for dogs over 40 to 60 kg: Sarolaner 72 mg, moxidectin 1.44 mg and pyrantel 300 mg
• Appearance: Reddish-brown, pentagon-shaped chewable tablet with rounded edges, debossed with the sarolaner strength on one face
• Dosage: 1.2 to 2.4 mg/kg sarolaner, 0.024 to 0.048 mg/kg moxidectin and 5 to 10 mg/kg pyrantel, one tablet per dose by body weight
• Ticks: Immediate and persistent killing activity for 5 weeks against Ixodes hexagonus, Ixodes ricinus and Rhipicephalus sanguineus, and for 4 weeks against Dermacentor reticulatus
• Fleas: Immediate and persistent killing activity against new Ctenocephalides felis and Ctenocephalides canis infestations for 5 weeks, and can be used as part of a strategy to control flea allergy dermatitis
• Roundworm and hookworm: Treats Toxocara canis, Ancylostoma caninum, Toxascaris leonina and Uncinaria stenocephala
• Other nematodes: Prevents heartworm disease (Dirofilaria immitis) and prevents angiostrongylosis (Angiostrongylus vasorum)
• Tapeworm: Does not treat tapeworm infestations in dogs
